Bob
and Julie Tallichet have lived in Lincoln all of their lives and both
attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Bob earned his Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning. After graduation, Bob worked for ten years in the public sector of planning and real estate. In 1988 Bob became a real estate sales agent for Century Realty in Lincoln, and now is associated with Home Real Estate. During the past 16 years he has listed and sold many hundreds of properties including new construction and investment opportunities. At present he and Julie represent Rembolt Homes, one of Lincoln's largest home builders.
After completing college, Julie became a travel agent. She worked twenty years in travel with the last six years as an owner of a local travel agency. She joined Bob in real estate in 1998. Her understanding of customer service helps make Team Tallichet such a success.
In 2002 and again in 2003, Bob and Julie won awards as the leading couple in new construction sales for Home Real Estate.
